2.3.4. Digital Public Services
This dimension includes a single subdimension, related to certain services offered digitally by Public Administrations. It consists of five indicators, two of them twice as important as the rest: Digital public services for citizens and for businesses.
Table 7 shows the values and positions of Catalonia in this subdimension.
With regard to e-Government, public administrations in Catalonia rank highly, especially in terms of digital services for citizens, and with levels of digitization distinctly above the European average. However, in Open data there is still a long way to go.
