2.2. Dimensions
Graph 2 shows the dimensions of the DESI and the value it achieves in each in relation to the EU-28 average. Catalonia is the leader in the Connectivity dimension and maintains levels that exceed the EU-28 average in the other dimensions. Convergence with the leading countries is remarkably evident, especially in Human Capital and Digital Public Services, and with very positive results in the Use of Internet Services and the Integration of Digital Technology in companies.
The following section details the results of the five dimensions alongside their respective sub-dimensions, considering the set of states and placing Catalonia in its corresponding position in the ranking. The EU-28 average value of each dimension is also included.
