2.2.5. Digital Public Services

The digitisation of Public Administrations is considered a unique subdimension, relating to e-Government. This is the third dimension, together with Human Capital where Catalonia holds its highest position.

Overall, digital public services in Catalonia have an advanced level in comparison to the EU-28 average, 81.24% compared to 72%, which places in the seventh position overall. The leading states are Estonia (89.33%), Spain (87.28%), Denmark (87.13%), Finland (86.99%) and Latvia (85.06%).
