2.3.4. Digital Public Services

This dimension includes a single sub-dimension, related to certain services offered digitally by Public Administrations. It is made up of five indicators, two of them with twice the weight of the rest: Digital public services for citizens and for businesses.

Table 7 shows the scores and positions of Catalonia in this sub-dimension.

Regarding e-Goverment, public administration in Catalonia is seated in a very good position, especially with regards to digital public services for citizens and businesses with levels of digitalization clearly above the European average except for the Open data indicator.
